Our experiences with the Creative Corporate Training team have been wonderful! From the first planning meeting to the final evaluations, the insight and sensitivity that Ben and his colleagues brought to our small group team building work and our large group skills enhancement work have been remarkable. What distinguishes the CCT team from every other training provider is the fun and creativity that allows them to adapt and incorporate new information mid-stream, all within a safe and comfortable environment. We have recommended CCT wholeheartedly to our colleagues, and look forward to working with this team again.
CCT is an absolutely brilliant addition to the work we do at the West Philadelphia Skills Initiative. Ben and his team of actors bring classroom conversations to life for our participants and create an atmosphere where mistakes are welcome and wild ideas are encouraged. Being able to view a scenario and then break it down and replay it with small changes is incredibly powerful. Participants leave the workshop feeling empowered and entertained. The energy in the room during CCT workshops is through the roof!
Having the improv troupe work with us was just genius. I wouldn’t change that contribution in any way. I was amazed at how insightful their performances were and how the process was set-up so that we could learn from them. I just didn’t think that an improv session about office dynamics and communication was going to have any value at all. They were so prepared and so generous with us in the fact that they clearly worked very very hard to understand the challenges we face in interpersonal interactions at work. The activities that pulled us out of our comfort zones made embarrassment and failure much less fearful prospect in anticipation and in the actual experience.
The feedback we received about CCT’s work from our members was enthusiastic. CCT delivered two hours of content which was fun, insightful and useful - a trifecta!
